Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your candle. That said, due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Returns

Because our candles are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or open items.

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contacts us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will make it right.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You received the incorrect item

If approved, refunds will be issued to the orginal payment method or replace at our discretion.

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Scent preference
  • Improper candle care (e.g., Not trimming the wick, burning for extended hours)
